Compatible printers

Supported Printers

We have tested the following printers and can ensure their compatibility with our devices:

• HP Officejet Pro 8000 Printer - a809a (Ink, Color)
• HP Officejet 6000 Printer - e609a ((Ink, Color)
• HP LaserJet p1505n Printer (Laser, B/W)
• Dymo LabelWriter 450 (B/W Labelprinter for self-adhesive labels)

Others than these, the printer company HP lists many printers as compatible with our Software versions 5.0.2 and above. We have not tested these printers and cannot assess functionality. Thus we cannot support these printers.  

Please note that the installation of new printer drivers is impossible. Tampering with pre-installed printer drivers invalidates the manufacturer´s warranty as well as the device’s FDA registration as a medical device!

Connecting printers is only possible directly with an USB cable. Wireless printers generally cannot be connected.
