If you have installed the license Z in your Pediatric Autorefractor plusoptiX A09, you will be able to print Measurement Reports as the one shown in the right side.
In the other hand, if you have a Vision Screener plusoptiX S09, you will be able to print a Screening Report as the one shown in the left side.
Both document have a customizable info-column on their left side (See the blue backgrounded image on the A09 measurement report, right. See the colorful logo on the S09 screening report, left).
