Reordering clicks

In order to load new clicks, we need specific information about your device:

• Serial number (S / N) of your device
• Security code
• Number of clicks (100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 measurements)

This information can be found in the section "Load Credits" in the lower left area of the Pay-Per-Use Management. Simply send it to us via fax or the contact form on the bottom of the page.

• If your Plusoptix device is connected to a network printer or computer, you can also generate an order fax with your device.This contains all necessary information. For more information about printing the order fax, refer to the user manual. This can be downloaded in the download area.

As soon as we have received your mail, we will send you an invoice with a load code. Enter this load code into the gray field "Load code" via the integrated on-screen keyboard or a connected USB keyboard and confirm this with the green tick in the navigation bar. The new clicks are immediately displayed in the "Loaded" field and on the right side of the header bar.
